You retain ownership of any data you provide to HelioExpect. By using our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process and analyze your data for service enhancement and research purposes. We ensure that any data processing aligns with applicable data protection laws.

Certain services may require a subscription or one-time payment. Payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

We strive for 99.95% uptime, but we are not liable for service interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of forecasts, as weather and renewable-generation prediction models inherently involve uncertainties.

HelioExpect reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms (e.g., unauthorized data use, misuse of services).
• Malicious activities, including hacking attempts or fraudulent behavior.

HelioExpect is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from reliance on our forecasts.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
• Third-party system failures affecting data accuracy or service availability.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest Terms. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or website notifications.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
